I was wondering how to
buy own a house for me in such a high-priced market for everything in the
country, like India. And finding the deals for a comfortable lifestyle with all
the necessary and comfort amenities for fair pricing would be almost a dream
that limits to dreams. I found the land itself is very expensive and not
affordable to buy. This is the perception I had till recently, until I went
through some of the Supertech Real Estate deals and offers.
While I was surfing
the net and trying to browse some of the real estate companies and their
projects and how feasible for the common man, I found the project called
Supertech Ramano. The catching point here is not the cost of apartments, but
the tradeoff between what we spend and what we get? I don’t say the price is
very less, but it should be definitely specified here that the deal is the best
for a fair price. When the cost is found to be started from 40 lacs, I was a
little got back initially, however, the amenities and lifestyle it offers made
me interested to go through the rest of the content.
The range of apartment
units found is 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK. These apartments are available in
different sizes and different price. The primary aspect that made me very
interesting and forgets about the price is the new Roman architecture that it
is adapting in the entire apartment building. Roman architecture in both
exterior and interior of the flat has attracted and stuck me there dreaming and
making a virtual picture of how the apartment will be in front of me. An own
house with Roman architecture and in the prime location, close to the capital
of the country! I felt excited. The excitement continued, when read further to
know the highlights like uninterrupted power supply, continuous power supply.
I continued to read
further and found the Supertech Limited project to be spread over 17 acres, all
spread with greenery located in Supertech Romano, sector 118 Noida. Important
aspects did not disappoint as the project took care of spacious interior inside
the house, fair parking facility outside the house, close proximity to the
metro station, city center, sector 18 market and nevertheless to mention, the
capital is reachable in just a few minutes. Luxury is not forgotten along with
the comforts as the Supertech real estate has made swimming pools and other
recreation facilities available.
I was convinced with
all these amenities and luxuries, but stuck with how to pay the amount that is
priced from 40 lacs. Still, there was no disappointment, because the payment
options are quite friendly and made me feel comfortable. The booking amount
also did not sound hard for me. Finally, NCR project gave me a good option to
buy a new house with all the facilities and it is made possible with real
estate development in India.
